pkrsalot uses cookies only for session management, security, and improving platform performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural profiling cookies that track you across the wider internet.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information pkrsalot collects when you use our platform, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what your rights are as a Pakistani player. We've kept the language as straightforward as possible. If anything isn't clear, contact us — we'll explain it in Urdu or English. By creating an account or using pkrsalot, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Privacy is something most online platforms treat as a legal formality — a long document nobody reads, designed to protect the platform more than the user. pkrsalot takes a different approach. We believe every Pakistani player has the right to know exactly what data we hold about them, why we hold it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. This policy is our commitment to that transparency. It covers everything from the information you give us when you register, to the technical data we automatically collect when you use the platform, to the cookies we use and why.
pkrsalot is built specifically for Pakistan — which means the data we collect reflects the Pakistani context. We collect CNIC information for identity verification because that is the standard identity document in Pakistan. We process transactions in PKR and record them in rupees. We store your Easypaisa or JazzCash number to process payments. All of this is collected for specific purposes and handled with care. Nothing is collected that we don't need, and nothing is kept longer than it has to be.
pkrsalot collects personal data in two ways: information you actively provide, and information generated automatically when you use the platform.

pkrsalot retains personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. The general retention periods are:
When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is permanently deleted from pkrsalot's systems. You may request early deletion of certain data types — please see Section 06 for your data rights.
As a pkrsalot player, you have specific rights regarding the personal data we hold about you. These rights are real and exercisable — to make a request, contact support@pkrsalot.com with the subject line "DATA RIGHTS REQUEST".
Request a full copy of the personal data pkrsalot holds about you. We will provide it within 10 business days in a readable format.
If any data we hold is inaccurate or outdated, you have the right to request correction. We will update it within 5 business days of receiving your request.
Request deletion of your personal data — subject to our legal retention obligations. Some data (transaction records, KYC documents) must be kept for regulatory reasons and cannot be deleted on request.
Request that we limit how we use your data while a query or complaint is being resolved. During this period, data will be stored but not actively processed.
Request your account data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) so you can transfer it or retain it for your own records.
Object to specific types of data processing — for example, if you believe data is being processed beyond what is necessary for the stated purpose. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
Email support@pkrsalot.com with the subject "DATA RIGHTS REQUEST". Include your registered username and a clear description of your request. We respond within 10 business days for access requests and 5 business days for corrections. Identity verification may be required before sensitive data is released.
pkrsalot takes the security of your personal data seriously. The following technical and organisational measures are in place to protect it:
pkrsalot is strictly an adult platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. Age is verified at the point of registration through the date of birth field, and confirmed via CNIC verification at the withdrawal stage — a valid Pakistani CNIC cannot be issued to a person under 18.
If pkrsalot discovers that a player under 18 has created an account — whether by providing a false date of birth or through any other means — the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the payment source used for deposits, and the player's personal data will be deleted from pkrsalot's systems as soon as legally permissible. If you have reason to believe a minor is using pkrsalot, please contact support@pkrsalot.com immediately.
pkrsalot may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in applicable law, or the introduction of new features that affect how player data is collected or processed.
Minor clarifications that do not change the substance of how your data is handled may be made without advance notice. Material changes — such as new categories of data being collected, new sharing arrangements being introduced, or changes to retention periods — will be communicated to registered players via email and an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
The version number and effective date at the top of this page are always current. If you continue to use pkrsalot after a policy update takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised policy. If you do not accept a material change, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw any available balance.
This version added NayaPay and SadaPay to the list of payment data collected and processed. Clarifications were added to the cookie section regarding the removal of a third-party analytics provider. The data retention period for support communications was reduced from 5 years to 3 years.
