pkrsalot Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

02. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on pkrsalot. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these terms. pkrsalot actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will suspend all related accounts pending investigation.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information — including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid Pakistani number that you personally own and control.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pkrsalot employee in any department where a conflict of interest may arise.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrsalot login credentials. pkrsalot will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password. pkrsalot cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkrsalot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. For first-time withdrawals, a photograph of your CNIC (front and back) is required. Additional documents — such as a utility bill confirming your address — may be requested for larger withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

03. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkrsalot are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrsalot does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees from its side — any fees applied by your payment provider are outside pkrsalot's control and responsibility.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkrsalot currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank Transfer via IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at pkrsalot is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by method — please refer to the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits. pkrsalot reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with prior notice to affected players.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name, matching your pkrsalot profile name exactly.
• Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and cards.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 2 hours for wallet methods and 2–6 hours for IBFT. VIP Gold and Platinum members receive same-day processing.
• pkrsalot reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 500,000 before processing.

04. Bonuses and Promotions

pkrsalot offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistani players — including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, Eid specials, free spins, referral bonuses, and birthday gifts. Every promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside it. The general rules below apply to all pkrsalot promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• One bonus claim per player per promotion period unless the promotion terms explicitly allow multiple claims.
• pkrsalot reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed if it was published in error or is subject to abuse.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to wager on games that are excluded from wagering contribution — check the specific promotion terms for the full list of excluded games.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements indicate how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it converts to real, withdrawable PKR. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 100,000 in total bets. pkrsalot's wagering requirements are generally 5x (cashback) to 25x (reload bonuses) — among the lower ranges in the Pakistani online gaming market.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

pkrsalot has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using VPNs or proxy services to appear as a new user, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting a technical error that generates unintended bonus credits. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account suspended permanently.

05. Gameplay and Fair Play

All casino games on pkrsalot — slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, and table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or physical card/wheel mechanics in the case of live dealer games. Game outcomes are not manipulated by pkrsalot in any way. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game providers and are verified by independent testing labs.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from exploited bugs will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making decisions in live dealer games that are based on information obtained from external sources not available to all players.
• Placing bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage across pkrsalot's own markets is specifically prohibited).

pkrsalot employs fraud detection systems that monitor for the above behaviours. Where prohibited activity is detected, pkrsalot may void affected bets, suspend the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

06. Responsible Gaming

pkrsalot is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity and believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, and never a source of distress.

6.1 Available Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (1 week to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from pkrsalot. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality checks: Optional on-screen reminders showing your net gaming result for the current session.

07. Account Suspension and Closure

pkrsalot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity involving your pkrsalot account.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at pkrsalot staff.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pkrsalot will communicate the reason (where legally permitted to do so) and the expected timeline for resolution. Legitimate balances held in suspended accounts will not be forfeited without evidence of wrongdoing — they will be returned to the player following a clean investigation outcome.

7.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pkrsalot account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any available real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment account. Active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

08. Privacy and Data

pkrsalot collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using pkrsalot, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The key points are:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and provide customer support.
• pkrsalot does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data pkrsalot holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).

09. Intellectual Property

All content on pkrsalot — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional material, and the underlying software — is the intellectual property of pkrsalot or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any pkrsalot content without explicit written permission.

Game content (slots, table games, live casino) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to pkrsalot. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited and may result in legal action by both pkrsalot and the game provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

pkrsalot provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for losses resulting from technical outages, payment processor downtime, or events beyond our control.

• pkrsalot is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• pkrsalot is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• In cases where pkrsalot is found liable, our maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these terms limits pkrsalot's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

pkrsalot may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing policy — may be made without advance notice. Material changes that affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via email and an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

If you continue to use pkrsalot after the effective date of a change, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not accept revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date. We will always display the version number and effective date at the top of this page.

12. Contact and Dispute Resolution

pkrsalot is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a concern about any aspect of your pkrsalot account — a transaction, a bonus calculation, a game outcome, or anything else — please follow this process:

1. Contact live chat first: Most issues can be resolved immediately by the support team available 24/7. Live chat is accessible from within your pkrsalot account.
2. Email support if needed: For complex issues, email support@pkrsalot.com with your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references. pkrsalot aims to respond within 4 hours during business hours.
3. Formal dispute escalation: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, you may escalate to pkrsalot's formal dispute resolution process. Contact the same email address with "FORMAL DISPUTE" in the subject line. Senior staff will review and respond within 10 business days.

pkrsalot's decisions in disputes are final where they are based on documented account data and transaction logs. Where a genuine error on pkrsalot's part is established, pkrsalot will make good any verified loss in full.
